Face Fiddling

An NBC News film clip has Susan and her former associates,
followed by guards, walking to the courtroom.
Their heads are shaved,
                                 their foreheads X'd.

They are walking towards us,
  Susan is center between
her former associates.
They are "fiddling" with their hands
 about their faces as they walk.

By means of a gesture,
or just face fiddling?

Susan tugs on her left ear with her left hand, 
then touches her neck below her ear.
She then places her left hand across her mouth,
bringing down her hand past her chin.

Susan then brings her left hand up to her eyes and she wipes her eyes
from her right to her left eye, 
runs her fingers down the left side of her neck,
holds her chin briefly, then holds her left ear lobe,
and quickly glances at the camera.

The fiddling finally stops.

A door is opened for them, and they proceed through the door.
Susan is second through the door,
as the army of guards follow the three...
