At the conclusion of Susan's parole hearing
on January 20, 1993,
The California Board of Prison Terms
informed Susan they had
arrived at a decision.
They informed Susan of their decision,
and went on to explain their decision.
The California Board of Prison Terms Presiding Commissioner
also had this to say to Susan;
